Exchange Policy
I am confident you will love your new Josephene garments, yet I do understand that sometimes returns are necessary. I do not offer refunds, yet can offer an exchange if your garment is not the right Size, Style or Fit.
Exchange Policy for Size, Style or Fit
I understand that buying clothing online doesn’t give you the chance to try the garments on. I would love for you to have the right Size, Style and Fit. If the garment you ordered is the wrong size or style or does not fit you well, please follow Return Policy below and I will be happy to help you.
Exchange Policy if faulty
I take great pride in cutting, making & packaging your garments. So I certainly hope that you never receive a faulty garment from me. If, on a rare occasion, this might happen, please follow Return Policy below and I will be happy to help you.
Return Policy
Within 7 days of receiving your Josephene order, please
~ email Jo Lucchesi at jo@josephene.com.au
~ let me know why it needs to be replaced
~ let me know which garment you would like as the
replacement so that I can put it on hold for you
~ use parcel post with tracking to return the garment to me
We will be happy to
~ email you the return postal address
~ hold replacement garment for two weeks - the last thing I want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition and packaging.
Parcel Post with Tracking
I ask that you pay Parcel Post with tracking to return the garment to me, letting me know the tracking number and I will reciprocate and pay Parcel Post with tracking to post replacement garment to you.
