We are confident you will love your new Josephene garments, yet we do understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We do not offer refunds, yet we offer an exchange if your garment is not the right Size, Style or Fit.
Exchange Policy for Size, Style or Fit
We understand that buying clothing online doesn’t give you the chance to try the garments on. We would love for you to have the right Size, Style and Fit. If the garment you ordered is the wrong size or style or does not fit you well, please follow Return Policy below. We will be happy to help you.
Exchange Policy if faulty
We take great pride in cutting, making & packaging your garments. So we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty garment from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does happen, please follow Return Policy below. We will be happy to help you.
Within 7 days of receiving your Josephene order, please

We will be happy to

:: hold replacement garment for two weeks - the last thing
we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition.

We ask that you pay Parcel Post with tracking to return the garment to us. We will pay Parcel Post with tracking to post replacement garment to you.
